  • Apollo.io — lead research and enrichment where enabled for your workspace.
  • TikTok — TikTok developer APIs for content workflows where you connect an account.
  • Meta — Meta developer tools and Instagram-related APIs where you connect an account.
  • Postproxy — LinkedIn posting workflows where you use that integration.
  • PostHog — product analytics, event tracking, and conversion attribution.
  • Telegram — operator notifications and approval workflows for managed service operations.
  • ElevenLabs — voice and audio generation features where enabled.
  • Canva — design and visual asset workflows where integrated.

These providers may process data in Australia, the United States, the European Union, or other regions where they operate. We assess providers and use contractual and technical measures appropriate to the risk.

7. Overseas disclosure

Where personal information is disclosed to overseas recipients, we take steps that are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure overseas handling complies with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through contractual safeguards where appropriate.
